1 call purpose flour

1 ccornmeal

1 1/2 Tbspsugar

4 tspbaking soda

1 1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tspchopped fresh thyme

1/4 tspchopped fresh rosemary

1/4 tspchopped fresh marjoram
-
1/4 tspchopped fresh sage

2eggs, lightly beaten
-
1 cmilk
-
4 Tbsp(1/2 stick) melted butter

4roasted garlic cloves, pureed
How To Make garlic herb corn muffins

1Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

2Sift together the first 5 ingredients together in a mixing bowl.

3Mix in the herbs.

4In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, butter and garlic.

5Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients; pour the eggs mixture in the well. Stir until smooth.

6Fill a well buttered muffin pan two-thirds full.

7Bake for 15-20 minutes or until nicely browned and baked through.
