1/2 crolled oats

11/2 cflour

1 tspbaking powder

1 tspbaking soda

1 tspcinnamon

1 tspginger

3/4 csugar

1/2 cbutter, melted

1/2 cmilk

1egg, beaten

1 tspvanilla

1 lgapple, peeled & diced

1/2 craisins

How To Make fruit & toasted oat muffin

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin tin with papers.

2Put oats to baking sheet and bake 5 to 8 minutes.

3In a bowl, combine oats, flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and ginger. Whisk until combined.

4Add sugar, butter, milk, egg and vanilla and stir until combined.

5Gently stir in apple and raisins.

6Distribute batter into muffin tin.

7Bake 25-30 minutes. Cool in pan 30 minutes.
