Ingredients For fresh cranberry muffins

  • 1 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    butter, softened
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    walnuts, chopped
  • 2 c
    fresh cranberries, chopped

How To Make fresh cranberry muffins

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin pan with paper liners.

    In a bowl mix together the sugar and butter until well blended.
  • 3
    Add eggs, one at a time. Mix well after each addition.
  • 4
    In another bowl mix together flour, baking soda and salt.
  • 5
    Add flour mixture to butter mixture. Mix well.

    Add in the nuts and cranberries.
  • 7
    Pour batter into muffin cups until about 3/4 full.

    Bake 25 minutes.

    Cool in pan 15 minutes.
