How To Make egg and cheese muffin

11)Cook egg anyway you like..poach, or fry in some of the olive oil 2)Toast muffin

23)Take 1/4 of the avocado, smash until pasty, spread on the english muffin 4)Drizzle remaining oil on the muffin
