Found this recipe a few weeks ago in a BIG stack of "cut-out, save to try later" recipes. I have no idea where I got it, but I think I've had it a long time. Why, oh why did I wait so long? My husband and son both love them and I make them at least once a week. Super simple and sooo good.

How To Make dun-buttered muffins
-
1Pre-heat oven to 350. Lightly spray bottom of 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
-
2Combine biscuit mix, butter and sour cream in mixing bowl and stir with a wooden spoon until ingredients come together. Spoon batter into muffin tins, filling cups 2/3 full.
-
3Bake till golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes. Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes then run a sharp knife around the edges. Remove to a platter and serve at once.
-
4Note: I believe the recipe called for low-fat sour cream and that's what I used the first time I made them. Now I use whatever I have in the fridge. It's all good. :)
