bacon is good. bread is good. bacon and bread together...is even better! I will make these and let you know how they turn out!
Ingredients For crisp bacon muffins

8 slicebacon

1 1/3 ccake flour

1/2 Tbspsugar

1 tspsalt

1/2 tspbaking powder

1egg
-
3/4 cmilk

1 Tbspbacon fat
How To Make crisp bacon muffins

1Saute bacon until crisp, and chop fine.

2Sift flour, sugar, salt and baking powder together.

3Add the bacon.

4Combine the egg, milk and bacon fat, and blend into the first mixture.

5Pour into buttered muffin tins, one-third full, and bake at 425 for 15-20 minutes.
