Excellent use for leftover cranberry sauce.

Ingredients For cranberry sauce muffins

  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 1/3 c
    yogurt, vanilla
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 c
    whole berry cranberry sauce

How To Make cranberry sauce muffins

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin pan with papers.

    Cream together butter and sugar.
  • 3
    Add yogurt, egg and vanilla and continue to mix.
  • 4
    Add flour, baking powder and baking soda. Mix well.
  • 5
    Fold in cranberry sauce.

    Fill muffin pan evenly.

    Bake 20 to 25 minutes.

    Cool at least 10 minutes before removing from pan.
