Ingredients For cran-oat muffin

1 1/2 cskim milk

1 1/3 cold fashioned rolled oats

1/3 clight butter

2/3 cflour
-
2/3 cwhole wheat flour

1/4 cflax seed meal

1/2 cbrown sugar splenda

2 tspbaking powder

1 tspbaking soda
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
2 lgeggs
-
1 1/2 cfresh or frozen cranberries
How To Make cran-oat muffin

1In saucepan combine milk and oats. Bring to boil. Turn off and stir in butter. Slightly cool. Add eggs to the cooled oat mixture. combine all the dry ingredients. Add to the wet ingredients. Fold in cranberries. Divide evenly into greased muffin pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
