This recipe is from my mother-in-law. It is one that she is known for. They are delicious and simple to make.

Ingredients For crabmeat muffins

  • 1 pkg
    thomas english muffins
  • 1 Tbsp
    mayonnaise
  • 1 can
    geisha snow white crabmeat
  • 5 oz
    kraft old english spread
  • 3/4 stick
    butter
  • garlic powder

How To Make crabmeat muffins

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

    Break the english muffins into halves and toast all 12 halves.

    Meanwhile, mix the mayo, crabmeat, spread, and butter in a bowl. Spread on toasted english muffins. Sprinkle each muffin with garlic powder.

    Lay muffins on baking tray, spread side up, and bake for 15-20 minutes.

    Note: You can substitute 5 ounces Cheez Whiz for the Kraft Old English spread if desired or if the Kraft spread is not available.
