Chili out of a can can be used in this recipe or homemade leftover.These are extra special corn muffins. Add zucchini sticks and fresh orange wedges and supper's ready.

Ingredients For corn muffins with chili

  • 1 1/2 c
    bisquick baking mix
  • 3/4 c
    cornmeal
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 2/3 c
    milk or water
  • 2 can
    (24 oz. each) chili con carne with beans or 2 cans of creamed corn or 1 of each

How To Make corn muffins with chili

  • 1
    Heat oven to 400^. Mix all ingredients except chili; beat vigorously 1/2 minute. Fill 12 greased or sprayed medium muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake 15-20 minutes. Heat chili. Serve with warm muffins.
