How To Make cinnamon apple muffins

1Cinnamon Apples In a small saucepan, combine apples, butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Bring to a simmer, cook until apples are softened and sugar is caramelized. Remove from heat and set aside.

2Muffins Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line muffins tin with liners.

3In bowl whisk together flour, baking soda, and cinnamon.

4Cream together butter and sugar.

5Add egg white, yogurt and vanilla. Mix well.

6Stir in flour until combined.

7Fold in apples so they are evenly distributed throughout the batter.

8Divide the batter among the muffin cups.

9Sprinkle tops with sugar in the raw.

10Bake for 15 to 18 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes, transfer to cooling rack.
