How To Make churro muffins

1Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

2Spray 12-count muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.

3Cream butter and sugars until soft and fluffy.

4Add eggs and beat well.

5Add the sour cream, milk and vanilla; beat until well combined.

6Fold flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon into wet ingredients.

7Divide batter into the muffin pan.

8Bake for 5 minutes at 425 degrees.

9Without opening the oven lower the temperature to 350 degrees and bake for an additional 15 minutes.

10Let cool in pan for 5 minutes.

11While muffins are cooling. Combine sugar and cinnamon for topping.

12Brush muffins with melted butter and then roll in cinnamon sugar.
