Ingredients For chocolate chip pumpkin muffins

3/4 clight brown sugar

1/4 cvegetable oil

2eggs

1 ccanned pumpkin

1/4 cwater
-
1 1/2 cflour
-
3/4 Tbspbaking powder

1/2 Tbspbaking soda

1/2 Tbspground cinnamon

1/4 Tbspsalt
-
1/4 Tbspground nutmeg

1 csemi-sweet chocolate chips
How To Make chocolate chip pumpkin muffins

1Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease or put paper liners in muffin pan.

2Mix sugar, oil, and eggs.

3Then add pumpkin and water and mix more.

4In a separate bowl mix baking flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices and salt.

5Add to wet mixture, slowly mixing it in.

6Then stir in chocolate chips. It is up to you but you can add more or less than 1 cup.

7Fill muffin cups, about 3/4 full.

8Bake 20 minutes and check.
