    flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 c
    frozen cherries, thawed and chopped
  • 1/2 c
    canola oil
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    almond milk
  • 1/3 c
    orange juice
  • STRUESEL TOPPING
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/4 c
    oatmeal
  • 1/4 c
    flour
  • 1/4 c
    pecans, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp
    earth's balance butter

How To Make cherry streusel muffins

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Line muffin pan with papers.
  • 3
    Combine milk, oil and orange juice.
  • 4
    Shift together the flour, baking powder and baking soda.

    Add the sugar and stir in the wet ingredients.

    Fold in the cherries.

    Spoon into prepared muffin tin.

    Streusel Topping

    Combine topping ingredients, except butter.

    Mash in butter until mixture is crumbly.

    Top muffin with streusel mixture.

    Bake 20-22 minutes.
