3/4 call-purpose flour

3/4 cyellow corn meal

2 tspsugar

1 tspbaking powder

1/2 cplus 2 tablespoons milk

1/3 cvegetable oil

1/2 cfinely chopped cheese (vleveeta)

How To Make cheese poke muffins

1In a large bowl combine the flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

2In a med. bowl whisk the egg, milk, and oil. stir into the dry ingredients just until moistened.

3greas and flour 8 muffin cups to 1/4 full. combine the cheese and butter, spoon over the batter. top with the remaining batter.

4bake at 400 for 15-18 minutes. or until toothpick comes out clean. cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack. serve warm
