2/3 chungry jack mashed potato flakes

3/4 cboiling water

3 Tbspbutter ,melted

3/4 cmilk

1 lgegg, slightly beaten

1 cyellow corn meal

1 tspbaking powder

3/4 tspsalt

1 tspdill weed, thyme or rosemary

1/4 tspblack pepper

3/4 cshredded cheddar cheese, divided
How To Make cheese and herb muffins

1Heat oven to 400* lightly coat 8 muffin tins with cooking spray

2Combine water, butter,milk and egg Ina large mixing bowl. Add potato flakes, cornmeal baking powder, salt, pepper and desired seasonings. Mix well, stir in half the cheese

3Divide mixture evenly in pan and top with cheese

4Bake 20 minutes cool 10 minutes before serving . ENJOY!
