These are a cross between a biscuit and a muffin. They look like a muffin and taste like a biscuit. Low fat and very good.

  • 1 c
    self rising flour
  • 1/2 c
    milk, skim
  • 1/2 c
    fat free shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    fat free mayo

How To Make cheddar biscuit cups

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray 6 muffin cups with cooking spray, or line with cupcake liners.

    In a small bowl, combine flour and cheese; stir in milk and mayo.

    Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full with batter. Bake for 17 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
