Wonderful homemade muffins & so easy. When my granddaughter was 7 she would always help me make these because she loved eating them. We had so much fun! This is her recipe and she actually submitted it in her church cookbook. I love her so much!!!

Ingredients For casey's blueberry muffins

1 lgegg
-
1/2 cmilk
-
1/4 coil
-
1/4 tspvanilla extract
-
1 1/2 cself-rising flour
-
3/4 cgranulated sugar

1/4 cbrown sugar
-
dash of salt
-
2 cfresh blueberries (or frozen & thawed)
How To Make casey's blueberry muffins

1Preheat oven to 400. Beat egg & stir in milk, oil & vanilla.

2Mix dry ingredients then add to egg/milk mixture. Batter will be a bit lumpy. Carefully fold in blueberries.

3Pour in greased muffin pan (or line with cupcake papers) 2/3 full.

4Bake at 400 for 20-25 min.
