2 call-purpose flour

3/4 csugar
-
2 tspbaking powder

2 1/2 tspground cinnamon

1/2 tspsalt
-
1egg
-
1 c2% milk
-
1/4 cbutter melted
-
2 tspvanilla extract
-
1/2 cchopped peeled tart apple
-
12caramels. chopped
-
topping:
-
1/2 cpacked brown sugar
-
1/4 cquick-cooking oats
-
3 Tbspbutter, melted

1 tspground cinnamon
How To Make caramel apple muffins

1In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. In another bowl, whisk the egg, milk, butter and vanilla. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in apple and caramels.

2Fill paper-lined muffin cups three-fourths full. Combine topping ingredients; sprinkle over batter.

3Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the cake portion comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks. Serve warm.
