1 Tbspvanilla yep, one tbs

2 ccantelope puree

3 cflour

1 tspsalt

1 tspsoda

3/4 tspbaking powder

2 tspnutmeg

sugar for dusting the tops
How To Make cantelope muffins

1blend all the wet ingredients. blend all the dry ingredinets. combine the two until just blended. put into greased muffing tins. sprinkle sugar on top and bake at 350 until done. time depends on regular or king size muffin tins.
