This was in my church cook book many years back. I know it is a very old recipe.My Aunt had this recipe in the cook book. It was so delicious. I needed to share this recipe. The combo sounds strange,but boy it is delicious!

Ingredients For blueberry butternut squash bread

3eggs beaten

1 1/4 csugar

1/2 ccanola oil

2 tspvanilla extract

1 cbutternut squash cooked and mashed

1 cfresh or frozen blueberries,if frozen drain well after thawing

1/2 cwalnuts chopped

3 call purpose flour
-
1 tspbaking powder
-
1 tspbaking soda
-
1 tspsalt

1 tspcinnamon

1/2 capple sauce
How To Make blueberry butternut squash bread

1combine eggs,sugar,oil, apple sauce,vanilla and squash
-
2sift dry ingredients together
-
3add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and sir well to combine

4fold in blueberries and nuts
-
5pour in to 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 325 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes

6cool on wire rack. Enjoy
