    bananas, very ripe
  • 2
    eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c
    applesauce, unsweetened
  • 1/2-1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 2 c
    whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 c
    white sugar
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon

How To Make breakfast banana muffins

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease or line 12 muffin cups.

    Mash bananas and combine with eggs, applesauce, and vanilla. In a separate bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients. Stir the banana mixture into the flour mixture.

    Pour the batter into muffin cups till it almost reaches the top. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
