I have been on so many diets through the years, and this recipe says it was from a reducing diet from one of them. However, these muffins are so freaking good, you won't know it! It seems that I have always loved bran muffins, in fact, it was about all I could keep down when pregnant with my daughter! :)

1egg

3 Tbspwater

3 Tbsppowdered milk

1 pkgsweet and low

1 pinchcinnamon

1 pinchnutmeg

1/4 tspvanilla

4drops almond flavoring or banana

1/2 mdapple, cored or blueberries

6 Tbspunprocessed bran
How To Make bran muffins

1In blender, put egg, water, milk, sweetener, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and almond. Blend. Drop apple into blender and grind. Pour into a bowl. Stir in bran. Pour batter into 4 muffin cups sprayed with PAM. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min.
