1 cbran cereal, all-bran or fiber one

1 1/2 cmashed banana or unsweetened applesauce

1/4 cfat-free milk

1 cwhold wheat flour

1/2 cold fashioned oats

1 Tbspbaking powder

1/2 tspbaking soda

1 Tbsphoney

2 Tbspdark molasses
-
1 tspcinnamon

2 mdegg whites or 1 whole egg

2/3 cblueberries or 1/4 cup craisins
How To Make bran muffins

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray two 12 cup muffin pans with cooking spray or insert paper liners.

2Combine the cereal, banana, and milk in a large bowl. Let stand for about 5 minutes.

3Add the flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, honey, molasses, cinnamon, egg whites, and blueberries and stir until combined. Spoon the batter into the pans and bake for 20 minutes.
