OMGoodness! These homeade muffins were soooo moist and delicious when mom made them! They never lasted very long, trust me!! ;^) WILL ADD PIC VERY SOON!

Ingredients For blueberry (yummy!) muffins w/crumb topping

  • 2 c
    all-purpose flour
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 3 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/4 lb
    butter, softened
  • 1
    egg
  • 2 Tbsp
    sour cream
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 c
    fresh blueberries, rinsed & stems removed

How To Make blueberry (yummy!) muffins w/crumb topping

  • 1
    Combine first 4 ingredients (flour, sugar, bak pwdr & butter). Reserve 1/2 cup of this for the topping on the muffins. In small bowl or a measuring cup, add egg, sour cream and milk to make one cup. Then add tsp of vanilla extract. Combine this (by hand) with dry flour mix and carefully fold in blueberries. Batter will be slightly lumpy but thats ok. Fill muffin tin with batter and add topping mix to each muffin. Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Remove from muffin tin and ENJOY! yum!
