Sherry noted: Wish you could see my original recipe. My youngest granddaughter, Emma Crone, was helping make muffins when she was younger and she was checking off ingredients as we went with a red line marked through each ingredient. A precious keepsake for sure. She became quite a baker!

Ingredients For blueberry muffins, sherry's

  • 2 c
    flour
  • 3 tsp
    powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1
    egg, well beaten
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 6 Tbsp
    melted butter
  • 1 c
    berries
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar

How To Make blueberry muffins, sherry's

  • 1
    Sift dry ingredients. Combine egg, milk and butter. Add to dry ingredients until moist but lumpy. Fold in berries. Fill muffin pans and sprinkle with sugar. Bake 20-25 min at 400 degrees.
