Friends from the Chicago area shared this recipe with me after trying for breakfast one cold December morning. I bake these quite often, one for the wonderful muffin, and two, to remember the good times we shared.

Ingredients For blueberry muffins

2 csifted all purpose flour

4 tspbaking powder

3/4 csugar

1 tspsalt

1-1 1/2 cblueberries

2eggs
-
1/2 cmelted butter

1 cmilk
- TOPPING

1/4 tspcinnamon

1/2 csugar
How To Make blueberry muffins

1In a small bowl, combine: sifted flour, baking powder, sugar & salt. Add blueberries, stirring gently until well coated

2In another bowl, combine: eggs, melted butter and milk. Gently fold into dry mixture, just until moist. Careful not to over mix,

3Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full and sprinkle light with topping.

4Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, until lightly brown. Yields: 12-18 muffins.
