This recipe is from a cookbook my mother put together for our church when I was 9 or 10. These recipes are from all the old grannies that my mother grew up with, so you know they're good! This sounds amazing, so I just had to share it. I'll definitely be making this for breakfast muffins. Enjoy! **This recipe comes from Barbara Martin.**

Ingredients For banana orange bread/muffins

1 csugar
-
1/2 coil (or substitute applesauce, like i do)

3ripe bananas, mashed (1 1/2 c.)

1/4 corange marmalade

2eggs, beaten
-
1 cflour
-
1/2 cwhole wheat flour

1/2 cunprocessed wheat bran
-
1 tspbaking soda
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
1/4 cpecans, chopped
-
1/4 cflaked coconut
How To Make banana orange bread/muffins

1In mixing bowl, combine sugar and oil. Add bananas, marmalade and eggs; blend well. In separate bowl, mix flours, bran, baking soda and salt together. Stir flour mixture into banana mixture. Stir in pecans and coconut. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-50 min., or until done. If making muffins, cook for 20-25 min., or until done.
