1 1/2 cquick oatmeal, uncooked

1/4 cbrown sugar,packed

1/4 cgranulated sugar

1/3 cmelted butter or margarine

1 1/2 call purpose flour

1 Tbspbaking powder
-
1/4 tspeach of ground ginger, and cinnamon

1 dashnutmeg
-
1 lgegg, slightly beaten

1/4 csour milk or evaporated milk

1 cmashed very ripe bananas

1 tspvanilla extract

1/2 cchopped walnuts
How To Make banana oatmeal muffin tops

1Heat oven to 425^. Lightly grease a large cookie sheet.Set aside. In a large bowl combine flour, baking powder oatmeal,sugars , and spices ; mix well. Combine milk,melted butter and egg in a small bowl and mix well then add to the dry ingredients; mix just until dry ingredients are moistene. Stir in vanilla, bananas and nuts until incorporated , but gently. For each muffin top, drop batter by 4 Tablespoons for each top, onto prepared cookie sheet. Bake 13-15 minutes or until golden brown. These freeze well.
