The are great for breakfast or anytime, not very sweet. They are lighter and have nice texture with the addition of the oatmeal. These are also good without the blueberries added in.

1 1/2 call purpose flour

1 crolled oats

1/2 cwhite sugar

2 tspbaking powder

3/4 cmilk

1/3 cvegetable oil

11. Combine flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt.

2In a large bowl, beat the egg lightly. Stir in the milk, oil and vanilla. Ad the mashed banana and combine well. Stir the flour mixture into the banana mixture and blueberries until just combines. Line a 12 cup muffin tin with paper bake cups and divide the batter among them.

3Bake at 400 degrees F (205 degrees C) for 18 to 20 minutes.
