Ingredients For banana nut muffins

  • 2-3
    ripe mashed bananas
  • 1/3 c
    butter, melted
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 1
    large egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • pinch of salt
  • 1-1/2 c
    flour
  • 1 c
    chopped nuts

How To Make banana nut muffins

  • 1
    Combine wet ingredients and sugar. Put mashed bananas in a large bowl and add melted butter.

    Mix in the sugar, egg and vanilla. Whisk the dry ingredients together. Add the flour mixture to the banana mixture, a third at a time, until combined. DO NOT OVERMIX.

    Line muffin pans with paper liners. Fill muffin cups and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool on a rack.
