Ingredients For bacon cheddar muffins

  • 2 c
    bisquick
  • 2/3 c
    milk
  • 1/4 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 c
    finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 8 slice
    bacon, cooked and crumbled

How To Make bacon cheddar muffins

    In a bowl combine Bisquick, milk, oil and egg just until moistened. Fold in cheese and bacon. Fill greased muffin cups three-fourths full. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 10 minutes. Remove from pan to a wire rack. Makes 1 dozen.
