7 1/2 ozcorn muffin mix

1/3 cself-rising flour

4 ozbacon, cooked and chopped

1 ccheddar cheese, shredded

1 Tbspfresh parsley, chopped

1 Tbspfresh chopped chives

1 tspgarlic powder
-
1 tsponion powder
-
1 cmilk
-
1 lgegg
-
3 Tbspbacon fat
How To Make bacon cheddar mini biscuit muffins

1preheat oven to 335 degrees. grease mini muffin molds with some of the bacon grease.

2in a mixing bowl, combine ingredients 1-8, mix well. in a separate bowl, combine ingredients 9-11. mix well. combine the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. mix well

3put 1 tbsp of the muffin mixture in 24 mini muffin molds. bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. remove and place on a cooling rack

4Drizzle with butter pecan maple syrup or honey and extra butter!
