I love bread of all kinds and muffins are always a hit! This recipe is a bit different from the original oly because I didnt have sour cream and improvished a little.

Ingredients For apple streusel muffins
- TOPPING

1/2 cchopped pecans

1/4 cflour
-
2 Tbspbutter, melted
-
3 Tbspsugar
-
1/4 tspcinnamon
- BATTER
-
1 & 1/2 cflour
-
1/2 cbrown sugar, lightly packed

2 tspbaking powder
-
1/4 tspbaking soda
-
1 tspcinnamon
-
1/4 tspallspice
-
1/4 tspsalt
- WET INGREDIENTS FOR BATTER

1large granny smith apple or two small apples,cored and diced

1container of vanilla yoghurt
-
1/2 cwater
-
1/4 cbutter, melted
-
2eggs, beaten
How To Make apple streusel muffins

1Preheat your oven to 375 Degrees Fahrenheit. Make sure your oven rack is set in the middle.

2Grease you muffin tin and set aside.

3Mix the ingredients for the topping and set aside.

4Peel, core and dice the apples and set aside.

5Mix the wet ingredients for the batter in a separate bowl and add the apples to the mix.

6Mix all the dry ingredients for the batter in a large bowl and add the apple mixture. Be careful not to overmix, as this makes muffins tough.

7Spoon the batter into the muffin tin until almost full.

8Spoon the streusel topping onto each muffin top. You may have some left over.

9Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
