Ingredients For apple oat muffins

  • 1 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1 c
    quick rolled oats
  • 3/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 c
    apple, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 c
    apple cider
  • 3/4 c
    milk
  • 1/4 c
    butter, melted
  • 1 lg
    egg, beaten

How To Make apple oat muffins

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

    Line muffin pan with paper liners.
  • 3
    Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, baking powder and cinnamon. Mix well.

    Stir in chopped apple.
  • 5
    Add apple cider, milk, butter and egg. Mix until dry ingredients are moistened.

    Scoop into lined muffin pan.

    Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden.

    Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
