Ingredients For apple cider muffins

  • 2 c
    all-purpose flour
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 2 lg
    eggs, at room temperature
  • 2 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c
    apple cider
  • 1/4 c
    milk, at room temperature
  • 2 Tbsp
    raw sugar, for sprinkling

How To Make apple cider muffins

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a muffin pan with paper liners.

    In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon.

    In another bowl, whisk eggs.
  • 4
    Add oil, apple cider, and milk to eggs. Whisk to combine.

    Pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients. Mix well.

    Fill muffin tin with batter.

    Sprinkle tops with raw sugar.

    Bake for 20-23 minutes.

    Let cool in pan for 5 minutes before removing to wire rack to cool completely.
