1/4 cmilk, at room temperature

2 Tbspraw sugar, for sprinkling
How To Make apple cider muffins

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a muffin pan with paper liners.

2In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon.

3In another bowl, whisk eggs.

4Add oil, apple cider, and milk to eggs. Whisk to combine.

5Pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients. Mix well.

6Fill muffin tin with batter.

7Sprinkle tops with raw sugar.

8Bake for 20-23 minutes.

9Let cool in pan for 5 minutes before removing to wire rack to cool completely.
