My sister in law gave me this recipe after our family spent a week with them. Every morning she would pop these into the oven and serve with breakfast.

3 csugar

2 tspsalt

1 qtbuttermilk

1 csalad oil

5 cflour

5 tspbaking soda

6 cbran flakes
How To Make 6 week muffins

1Preheat oven to 350.

2In a very large bowl mix eggs, sugar, salt, buttermilk, oil, flour and soda.

3Stir in bran flakes.

4Fill muffin cups 2/3 full and bake for 20-22 minutes.

5Blueberries, raisins, mashed bananas or nuts may be added.

6Store unused batter in refrigerator and enjoy freshly baked muffins every day!
