These muffins are very good and so easy to make.I like them warm with butter ...yummy. There very good to take to a gathering , they go quick so you might want to make more than one batch.

Ingredients For 3 cheese & onion muffins (jumbo)

2 call-purpose flour

3 tspbaking powder

1/4 tsppepper
-
dash of ground nutmeg

1-1/4 cmilk
-
1/4 cbutter or margarine , melted

1 lgegg

1/4 cchopped green onion
-
1/4 cshredded mozarella cheese
-
1/4 cgrated romano cheese

1/4 cshredded parmesan cheese

1IN A BOWL COMBINE THE FLOUR , BAKING POWDER ,PEPPER AND NUTMEG.

2IN ANOTHER BOWL COMBINE THE MILK , BUTTER AND EGG .

3STIR INTO DRY INDGREDIENTS JUST UNTIL MOISTENED. FOLD IN THE ONION AND CHEESES. FILL GREASED JUMBO MUFFIN CUPS TWO THIRDS FULL. BAKE @ 400° FOR 20-25 MIN. OR UNTIL TOOTH PICK COMES OUT CLEAN. COOL FOR 5 MIN. BEFORE REMOVING FROM PAN TO WIRE RACK . YIELDS ; 6 MUFFINS
