Ingredients For pizza for a party

  • DOUGH:
  • 4 pkg
    active dry yeast
  • 1 qt
    warm water
  • 1 c
    suger
  • 1 1/2 c
    shortening
  • 3 1/2 qt
    flour or 14 cups
  • 1 c
    dry milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    salt
  • MEAT MIXTURE
  • 10 lb
    ground beef or pork ( cooked and drained )
  • 1/2 gal
    tomato paste
  • 1 Tbsp
    oregano
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/3 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    salt

How To Make pizza for a party

    FOR DOUGH: Put yeast in lukewarm water in mixing bowl and add sugar. Let set until dissolved, then add softened shortening.

    Add combined flour, dry milk and salt. Mix well. At once press into pans 1/8 inch thick

    Dock dough, and bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes.

    MEAT MIXTURE: Mix and spread on pizza crust.Cook Each pizza 20 to 25 minutes. Top each pizza with cheese when done. Melt cheese and serve. You can also top with mushrooms and peperoni.
