The pancakes poof up and my husband said growing up they always used to watch how big the pancake would get.

Ingredients For mom's oven pancakes

  • 4
    eggs
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1 c
    flour
  • 2 dash
    cinnamon and vanilla
  • 1/2 stick
    butter
  • 1 pkg
    syrup

How To Make mom's oven pancakes

    Heat oven to 450 degrees.
  • 2
    Take butter and place it into a 13 X 9 pan. Let butter melt completely before taking it out.

    Mix together eggs, milk , flour, and cinnamon/vanilla mixture.

    Take out pan once butter is melted and dump batter into pan.

    Cook for about 20 minutes or until the batter rises up over the sides and the middle is cooked completely.
