This is my husbands favorite. I serve it with bacon or sausage & fresh fruit. If you have a big eater it will only serve 2. If I'm serving 4 then I also make eggs with it & it's plenty.

    eggs
  • 1 c
    whole milk
  • 1 c
    flour
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • confectioners' sugar
  • maple syrup

How To Make hannah's oven pancake

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees

    In 13X9,pyrex pan,place stick of butter and put in oven to melt.

    In bowl mix eggs,milk & flour. Pour this mixture over melted butter. Bake until it rises & is golden brown.

    It usually takes 40 minutes but I start watching closely after 25 minutes. Ovens vary.

    When ready remove from oven . Sprinkle with confectioners sugar. Cut into squares and serve with maple syrup.
