Make sure you use buttermilk & not just milk with vinegar. It gives it a much better fluffy consistency. My celiac husband loves these much better than the already made frozen ones you buy!

Ingredients For gluten free pancakes

  • 1 1/4 c
    white rice flour
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 1/4 c
    buttermilk ( no substitutions)
  • 1/4 c
    veg oil
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla

How To Make gluten free pancakes

  • 1
    add oil to the buttermilk~stir. In large bowl, mix dry ingredients. Add btrmlk/oil mixture & eggs. Stir up well~ & cook!
