I'm a family and couples Therapist who besides Psychology, loves to cook for a crowed as well just for my family. Since a long time family members are dealing with some food intolerance, than I'm always looking for recipes can attend their needs. Ingredients For gluten free blender pancakes

1 cbuttermilk/ or substitute

2eggs

1 Tbspcooking oil

2 Tbspbrown sugar or any cooking sweetener

1/2 tspbaking soda

1 tspbaking powder
-
1/2 crice flour
-
1/2 cpotato flour
-
1/4 ccornmeal
How To Make gluten free blender pancakes

1Place milk, eggs and oil in blender.

2Blend at low speed.

3Add sugar or sweetener and dry ingredients.

4Pour 6" rounds into greased skillet or non-stick pan.

5Flip when bubbles appear throughout and edge of cake looks dull.

6Add more milk for thinner pancakes or more flour for thicker ones.

7You can add any fresh or frozen fruit or nuts to the dough
