Ingredients For down home flap-jacks

1 cyellow cornmeal

1 call purpose flour
-
1/4 csugar
-
2 tspbaking powder
-
1/2 tspsalt

1egg
-
2 Tbspoil ( i use bacon fat ) veg. oil will due

1 cmilk
- ADD ALL DRY INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN MEDIUM MIXING BOWL
How To Make down home flap-jacks

1After adding all dry ingredients to bowl...

2Add egg, oil and milk.

3mix well. batter should be thick

4heat frying pan with oil 2 teaspoon of oil

5Add 2 large spoonfull of batter in pan

6bubbles will form on top when ready to flip over

7check bottom, should be golden brown

8flip Carfully

9cook till golden on opposite side repeat till all Flap-Jacks are cooked ENJOY!
