1/2 csoy flour

1 Tbsphoney

1 Tbspmolasses

1/4 coil

1/2 cplain, nonfat yogurt

2eggs, separated

grated peel of one orange

1/4 tspsalt

1/2 tspbaking soda

1 Tbspbaking powder

2 Tbspunprocessed oat bran

2 Tbsppowdered milk

2 Tbspwheat germ

1/2 cunbleached all-purpose flour

1/2 cwhole wheat flour

1/2orange juice
How To Make desperately healthy pancakes

1Combine the first 10 ingredients.

2Reserve the egg whites and add the egg yolks and the remaining ingredients to the flour mixture in a food processor, blend well.

3Beat the egg whites until stiff; fold into the pancake mixture.

4Cook on a 300 degree griddle, for 2-1/2 minutes on one side and 1 minute on the other.

5Makes about 36 3-inch cakes.
