My kids love pancakes!! This rich and moist pancake is a nice little twist if you want something different. Plus you can slip a fruit in on your kids =)

Ingredients For banana's over pancakes

1 call purpose flour

1 Tbspsugar

2 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspcinnamon

1egg
-
1 cmilk
-
2 Tbspvegtable oil

2ripe bananas ..mashed
-
toasted pecans and sliced bananas if desired
How To Make banana's over pancakes

1Mix all dry ingredients and set aside

2Wisk egg , milk, and oil. Mix in mashed banana

3Slowly mix dry ingredients into egg/milk mixture batter will be lumpy

4Make pancakes on gridle or skilet as any other pancake. If you want pecans in pancakes you can sprinkle a few into individual pancakes while cooking.

5Serve with sliced bananas and pecans on top if desired. Drizzle with favorite syrup.
