This is a quick , easy Appetizer, that starts with a favorite of mine " Cresent Rolls " I always like to have a good appetizer , when we play cards, this one is a good one to make. This recipe is from epicurious.com and Dash Recipes.

Ingredients For apricot pecan flatbread

  • 1 pkg
    cresent rolls
  • 1/2 c
    apricot jam
  • 2 Tbsp
    softened butter
  • 1 c
    finely chopped pecans
  • 1 c
    crumbled gorgonzola
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped fresh , thyme

How To Make apricot pecan flatbread

    Pre- Heat Oven to 375 - Take rolls out of can, Unroll , But Do Not Separate, like you would to make into Rolls, Press into a Rectangular Crust on the Baking sheet. - In a Bowl mix the jam with the Butter, and spread over the crust, Sprinkle the Pecans and gorgonzola all over the top.

    Bake for 13 minutes Or Untill Crust is a Golden Brown - Take out of Oven and Sprinkle with Thyme - cut into Squares Or Strips .
