Ingredients For streusel topped coffee cake
- COFFEE CAKE:

2 cbisquick
-
2 Tbspsugar
-
3/4 cmilk
-
1 lgegg
- STREUSEL TOPPING:
-
1/3 cbrown sugar, firmly packed
-
1/3 cbisquick
-
1/4 ccold butter or margarine
-
1 tspcinnamon
How To Make streusel topped coffee cake
-
1Preheat Oven to: 400 Degrees . . Grease Round 9 inch layer Pan.
For "Coffee Cake"; Mix all Ingredients together, Beat Well for 30 Seconds. -
2Spread Mixture in Greased Pan.
Sprinkle With Streusel Topping (Below) or Other Toppings of Your Choice.
Bake 20-25 Minutes.
Serve Warm & with Butter.
(Note Optional) For a Richer Coffee Cake;
Add 2 TBS more Sugar Plus 2 TBS of soft Shortening to Mixture -
3"STREUSEL TOPPING":
Mix Streusel ingredients for Topping all together, Blend with Fork until Crumbly, and Sprinkle on batter, Then Bake as directed above. - Last Step: Don't forget to share!
