This is one of my favorite fall treats. It is great for breakfast, as a dessert and aslo as a snack with coffee.

Ingredients For pumpkin bread

3 csugar

4eggs, beaten
-
1 cvegetable oil
-
16 ozpumpkin, canned or cooked

3 1/2 cflour

2 tspbaking soda

2 tspsalt

1 tspbaking powder
-
1 tspnutmeg
-
1 tspallspice
-
1 tspcinnamon
-
1/2 tspcloves
-
2/3 cwater
How To Make pumpkin bread

1Cream Sugar and oil together. Add eggs and pumpkin. Mix well.

2Sift dry ingredients together. Add them alternating with water (a little at a time) to the pumpkin mixture.

3Grease and flour 2 9x5 inch loaf pans. Pour the batter into the pans.

4Bake at 350 degrees until done, about 1 1/2 hours. A toothpick inserted into the middle should come out clean.

5Let stand 10 minutes. Remove from pans and cool on a wire rack,
