Ingredients For pineapple casserole

  • 6 slice
    white bread, cubed
  • 1 stick
    butter, melted
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1 can
    pineapple (16 oz) crushed)
  • 3
    eggs

How To Make pineapple casserole

  • 1
    Brown bread in butter or margarine. Set aside to cool.
  • 2
    Drain the can of crushed pineapple
  • 3
    Beat the 3 eggs
  • 4
    Mix all your ingredients with the bread
  • 5
    Grease a casserole dish about 1 3/4 quart size.
  • 6
    Put all into dish and bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes with lid on. Take lid off last 5 minutes
